이용약관
이 약관은 TIGERDYNE NEXUS(이하 '회사')가 운영하는 이 사이트와 회원 리서치 열람 서비스의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 시행일: 2026-10-04
1. 서비스
회사 소개, 기고문, 필진, 방법론 등 일부 페이지는 누구나 볼 수 있습니다. 일일보고서·주간 전략 종합·깊이보기의 본문은 회사가 승인한 회원(또는 회사가 공유 비밀번호를 제공한 분)만 열람할 수 있습니다.
Some pages, such as the company introduction, articles, writers and methodology, are open to everyone. The full text of the Daily Reports, Weekly Synthesis and Deep Dive is available only to members approved by the Company (or to those given the shared password by the Company).
2. 회원 가입과 승인
회원가입은 '리서치 열람 신청'으로 합니다. 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있으며, 가입 시 이 약관과 개인정보 수집·이용에 동의해야 합니다. 회사가 신청 내용을 검토해 승인 여부와 회원 등급을 정하며, 결과는 이메일로 알립니다. 모든 회원 등급은 위 리서치를 열람할 수 있습니다. 회사는 신청을 승인하지 않거나, 승인한 뒤에도 열람 자격을 취소할 수 있습니다.
Membership begins with a 'research access request'. Only those aged 14 or older may sign up, and signing up requires agreeing to these terms and to the collection and use of personal information. The Company reviews each request and decides whether to approve it and which membership tier to grant; the result is sent by email. All tiers can read the research above. The Company may decline a request, and may revoke access after approval.
3. 로그인
비밀번호 없이 이메일로 받은 로그인 링크를 눌러 로그인합니다. 링크는 발송 후 20분 동안 유효하고, 로그인 상태는 30일 동안 유지됩니다. 로그인 링크와 계정은 본인만 사용해야 합니다.
There is no password: you log in by clicking a link sent to your email. The link is valid for 20 minutes after it is sent, and you stay logged in for 30 days. Login links and accounts are for your personal use only.
4. 저작권과 이용 범위
이 사이트의 보고서와 글의 저작권은 회사 또는 각 필자에게 있습니다. 회원 전용 자료는 본인의 참고용으로만 이용할 수 있으며, 회사의 사전 동의 없이 복제·배포·전송·게시하거나 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다. 인용할 때는 출처(TIGERDYNE NEXUS와 해당 글)를 밝혀 주십시오.
Copyright in the reports and articles on this site belongs to the Company or to the respective authors. Members-only material may be used for your own reference only; it may not be copied, distributed, transmitted, posted or given to third parties without the Company's prior consent. When quoting, please credit the source (TIGERDYNE NEXUS and the piece concerned).
5. 댓글과 반응
회원은 글마다 댓글과 반응을 남길 수 있습니다. 댓글에는 회원 이름(이름이 없으면 이메일 @ 앞부분)이 함께 표시됩니다. 회사는 법령 위반, 타인의 권리 침해, 서비스 취지와 무관한 내용의 댓글을 숨길 수 있습니다.
Members may leave comments and reactions on each article. Comments are shown with the member's name (or the part of the email before @ if no name was given). The Company may hide comments that break the law, infringe others' rights or are unrelated to the purpose of the service.
6. 리서치의 성격과 책임의 한계
일일보고서·주간 전략 종합·깊이보기는 AI 기반 조사·집필 파이프라인으로 작성되며, 작성·검증 방식은 방법론 및 편집 책임 페이지에 공개합니다. 모든 리서치와 기고는 정보 제공을 위한 것이며 투자·법률·계약에 관한 자문이 아닙니다. 기고문의 견해는 필자의 것이며 회사의 공식 입장과 다를 수 있습니다. 이용자는 이를 참고해 스스로 판단해야 합니다.
The Daily Reports, Weekly Synthesis and Deep Dive are produced by an AI-based research and writing pipeline; how they are written and verified is disclosed on the Methodology & Editorial Responsibility page. All research and articles are provided for information only and are not investment, legal or contractual advice. Views in articles are the authors' own and may differ from the Company's official position. Users should make their own judgements.
7. 개인정보
회원가입·문의·접근 신청에서 받는 개인정보의 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
Personal information collected through sign-up, contact and access requests is handled under the Privacy Policy.
8. 문의와 약관 변경
이 약관에 관한 문의는 ywkim@tigerdynenexus.com으로 보내 주십시오. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 현재 버전 시행일: 2026-10-04.

9. 탈퇴와 자격 상실
회원은 언제든지 ywkim@tigerdynenexus.com으로 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 회원 자격을 끝내고 회원 정보를 개인정보 처리방침 6항에 따라 파기합니다. 회원이 이 약관의 이용 범위(4항)를 어기거나 다른 사람의 이름·이메일로 가입한 경우, 회사는 이메일로 사유를 알린 뒤 회원 자격을 정지하거나 상실시킬 수 있습니다.
Members may ask to leave at any time by writing to ywkim@tigerdynenexus.com; after confirming identity, the Company ends the membership without delay and destroys the member's information in accordance with section 6 of the Privacy Policy. If a member breaches the permitted use in section 4, or signed up under another person's name or email, the Company may suspend or end the membership after notifying the reason by email.
10. 서비스의 변경·중단과 외부 링크
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 내용을 바꾸거나 일시적으로 또는 영구히 중단할 수 있으며, 미리 알릴 수 있는 경우에는 이 사이트에 사전에 게시합니다. 현재 리서치 열람은 무료로 제공되므로 변경·중단에 따른 별도의 보상은 없습니다. 사이트에 연결된 외부 사이트(출처 링크 등)의 내용과 개인정보 처리에 대해서는 회사가 책임지지 않습니다.
The Company may change the Service, or suspend it temporarily or permanently, for operational or technical reasons, and will post a notice on this site in advance where possible. As research access is currently provided free of charge, no compensation is offered for such changes or suspension. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites linked from this site (including source links).
11. 준거법과 관할
이 약관과 서비스 이용에는 대한민국 법률이 적용됩니다. 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
These terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Service shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
