When you submit the sign-up, contact or access-request form, we also record whether you consented to the collection and use of your personal information, when, and the effective date of the policy you consented to (to prove consent). For contact and access requests, this consent record holds only the form name and submission number, not your name or email.

The Company does not use personal information for any purpose other than those above. Article view counts record only the time of the view; no information identifying the visitor is stored.

When you register through the Expert Network registration form (join/veterans.html), we process your information as follows. This is registration in an expert network, not job placement. The application form for experts and partners who are not veterans (join/experts.html) is handled in the same way; instead of the year of discharge it asks for your affiliation (optional).

The form is received through Netlify Forms, and the fact of receipt and what you entered are sent to the CEO as a notification email as described in section 3. The consent record is kept in the same way as in section 1 (form name, submission number, whether you consented, time, and policy effective date). Do not include sensitive or classified information in your career summary.

• tigerdyne_member — keeps a member logged in. Valid for 30 days. A secure cookie that scripts cannot read (HttpOnly, Secure). Deleted when you log out.
• tigerdyne_gate — keeps access for visitors who entered research material with the shared password. Valid for 30 days. A secure cookie (HttpOnly, Secure).
• td_lang — stores your chosen display language (Korean/English) in your browser. It is not sent to the server.

A login link can no longer be used 20 minutes after it is sent. You can delete cookies in your browser settings; you will then need to log in again.

When an access request, enquiry, material-access request or section 1-2 registrations and applications (Expert Network registration and expert and partner applications) arrives, a notification email containing what the sender entered (name, email, affiliation and reason, or the message; for section 1-2: name, email, phone, year of discharge or affiliation, expertise area, arena, career summary) is sent to the CEO. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

The processors in section 3 (Netlify and Resend) are US companies, and personal information is stored and processed in the United States. Notification emails for access requests, enquiries, material-access requests and section 1-2 registrations and applications (Expert Network registration and expert and partner applications) are received in the Company's Gmail (Google LLC) mailbox. The matters required by Article 28-8(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act are as follows.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, do not submit the sign-up, contact, access-request, Expert Network registration or expert and partner application forms. Because the site runs on these services, those features will then be unavailable. You can ask for information you have already submitted to be deleted by writing to the email in section 8.

The Company keeps personal information for the periods below and destroys it without delay when the period ends. Where a law requires it to be kept, it is kept for the period that law sets.

Even within these periods, we delete your information on request. Contact and access-request submissions and section 1-2 registrations and applications (Expert Network registration and expert and partner applications) are stored in Netlify Forms and member information in Netlify Blobs.

Destruction procedure: records whose retention period has ended and records for which withdrawal or deletion has been requested are checked by the Privacy Officer and then deleted from where they are stored (Netlify Blobs, Netlify Forms, the notification mailbox). Requests to leave the membership or to delete information are received at the email in section 8. A deleted record cannot be restored through the site's functions.

In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 30 of its Enforcement Decree, the Company takes the following measures.

• Administrative — access to personal information is limited to the minimum number of people who need it, and processing is reviewed regularly.
• Technical — all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS (with HSTS), and login state is kept only in secure cookies that scripts cannot read (HttpOnly, Secure). Authentication secrets are not kept in source code and are managed securely, and the request/consent record store and form inbox are accessible only through the administrator account. To prevent abuse of login and sign-up requests, we limit the number of requests; the email address itself is not kept in this rate-limit record.
• Physical — the Company runs no servers of its own; personal information is stored in the data centres of the processors listed in section 3 and is subject to their physical security controls.
