The figures on departing service members and fund sizes reflect data as of 20 September 2026. An editor's note was added pointing to the latest figures in the Vision Blueprint (October 2026): some 9,000 mid- and long-term service members leaving each year on average (10,821 in 2025). The body of the letter is unchanged.

Lockheed Martin PAC-3 MSE multi-year contract of $5.83 billion (English list card; English key judgment: $58.3 billion; Korean text: 583억 달러) → $58.62 billion. The total contract value was misstated. The body of the same report gave the correct figure of $58.62 billion from the start; only the summary, key judgment and list card were wrong.
